Exchanges:

Please contact us no later than 5 days after receipt at baccaragift.com (baccaragift@gmail.com) with your phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible and go from there. the return item or items should be unused and in its original condition and box or packaging.

Return for Store Credit:

All returns for defective items must be approved and received within 14 days of receipt. Item should be in its original box or packaging and UNUSED .Please email us at newlookxpression@yahoo.com  with the order number .A return authorization number (RA#) will be issued .

Only damaged or defectives items can be returned for store credit.

Returns must be received within 14 days.All returns should be made at our physical location.

Store credits and exchanges will be processed within 7 days after receipt and inspection of merchandise..
